摘 要:采用铸造法制备了不同Cu含量的Al-Cu合金,并对其微观组织、阻尼性能和储能模量进行研究。研究表明,Al-3Cu和Al-4Cu合金中的Al2Cu相细小且分布均匀,而Al-5.7Cu、Al-10Cu和Al-20Cu合金中分布着大量块状和条状的Al2Cu相。Cu含量高的Al-Cu合金具有更好的阻尼性能。在350℃时,Al-20Cu合金的内耗值分别比Al-3Cu和2024铝合金高168%和352.7%。由于Al2Cu相阻碍了铝基体中的位错滑移运动,导致变形后的残余内应力增加,使得Al-Cu合金的储存模量随Cu含量增加而增大。Al-5.7Cu、Al-10Cu和Al-20Cu合金的储存模量(EIF)均高于2024铝合金,Al-20Cu合金的EIF值比2024铝合金高230%。Al-Cu alloys with different Cu content were fabricated by casting method,and the microstructure,damping properties and storage modulus of Al-Cu alloys were investigated.The results indicate that Al_2Cu phase in the Al-3Cu and Al-4Cu alloys is fine and uniformly distributed,while large amounts of massive and stripped Al_2Cu phases are distributed in Al-5.7Cu,Al-10Cu,and Al-20Cu alloys.Al-Cu alloys with high copper content exhibit desirable damping performance.The internal friction value of Al-20Cu alloy is 168%and 352.7%higher than that of Al-3Cu and 2024 Al alloy at 350℃,respectively.Al_2Cu phase hinders the dislocation slip in Al matrix,leading to the increase of residual internal stress after deformation,and the increase of storage modulus of Al-Cu alloy with the increase of Cu content.The storage modulus of Al-5.7Cu,Al-10Cu,and Al-20Cu alloys are higher than that of 2024 Al alloy,and the E_(IF)value of Al-20Cu alloy is 230%higher than that of 2024 Al alloy.
