摘　　要：在妇科领域,微创外科治疗处于非常重要的地位,这就奠定了机器人手术得以应用和发展的需求基础。机器人手术在妇科领域的适应证和手术原则与相应的普通腹腔镜手术基本相同,可适用于子宫肌瘤切除术、子宫内膜异位症手术、卵巢囊肿手术、子宫全切术、生殖外科、盆底修复以及部分妇科恶性肿瘤的相关手术。相较于普通腹腔镜,机器人手术在追求精准操作或面临更具挑战、更复杂的情况时更能体现出其价值和优势。未来,机器人妇科手术可能将在超远程手术、人工智能、单孔手术、专科机器人等方面继续带来创新和变革。Minimally invasive surgery plays an extremely important role in the field of gynecology,which lays a solid foundation for the application and development of robotic surgery.Robot surgery has basically the same indications and surgical principles in the field of gynecology as those of conventional laparoscopic surgery.It can be applied to surgical treatment for uterine fibroid,endometriosis,adnexal mass,and gynecologic oncology.Compared to conventional laparoscopic surgery,robotic surgery better demonstrates its advantages in pursuing precise operations or dealing with more challenging and complex situations.In the future,robotic gynecological surgery may bring further innovation and revolution in areas such as ultra remote surgery,artificial intelligence,single-port surgery,and specialized robots.
