摘　　要：为了加强加热炉节能控制,基于蓄热烧嘴热工特性,对提升加热炉效率的主要因素进行了分析,总结出最佳的热工参数,如蓄热箱效率、排烟控制策略、装炉温度控制和炉体散热等,并提出蓄热烧嘴在实际生产中的主要控制因素。In order to strengthen the energy-saving control of heating furnace,based on therm-engi-neering characteristics of regenerative burner,the key factors of improving the thermal efficiency of heating furnace are analyzed,and the best therm-engineering parameters are summarized,such as efficiency of re-generator,the exhaust control strategy,charging temperature and heat dissipation of furnace.The main con-trol factors of regenerative burner in the heating process are proposed.
