摘  要:本文介绍了步进梁式加热炉水梁由水冷却改汽化冷却的改造内容、强制循环汽化冷却系统组成。研究了循环可靠性计算、水梁及立柱设计、水梁错位布置、安全措施以及软水箱和汽包的容积设计要求。改造后,降低了煤气消耗、实现了蒸汽回收利用,工序能耗下降14%。The transformation of water beam of walking beam heating furnace from water cooling to vaporization cooling,and the forced circulation vaporization cooling system are introduced.The calculation of cycle reliability,the design of water beam and column,the dislocation arrangement of water beam,safety measures and the volume design requirements of soft water tank and drum are studied.Through the transformation,the gas consumption is reduced,steam recovery is realized,and the process energy consumption is reduced by 14%.
