摘　　要：针对镀锌机组无氧化退火炉的现状和问题,从耐火材料的选择、炉衬结构及烧嘴砖结构等几个方面给出了改进建议。文章最后给出了其炉衬、烧嘴砖改用陶瓷套管、陶瓷纤维组块等陶瓷纤维后减少废品的实际效果,证明了陶瓷纤维在涂镀退火炉优化设计中的应用优势。Aimming at the current situation and problems of the non oxidation annealing furnace in the galvanizing unit,improvement suggestions are provided from several aspects such as the selection of refractory materials,furnace lining structure and burner brick structure,At the end of the article,the actual effects of using ceramic fibers such as ceramic sleeves and ceramic fiber modules in the furnace lining and burner bricks to reduce waste are presented,and the application advantages of ceramic fibers in the optimization design of coating annealing furnaces are proved.
