摘  要:文章阐述了一种在赤泥输送管线上,赤泥浆液和赤泥压滤车间返回滤液进行换热的研究及应用。通过这种换热过程,在返回滤液进热水站之前提高其温度,从而降低热水站蒸汽耗量,降低能耗;同时因外送赤泥浆液的温度降低且取消了保温,可实现节约建设投资,缩短工期。This article explores the research and application of heat transfer between red mud slurry and pressure filtration filtrate within a red mud pipeline.By implementing this heat transfer process,the temperature of the filtrate is increased before its return to the hot water station.This results in reduced steam consumption and decreased energy usage at the hot water station.Additionally,by lowering the temperature of the delivered red mud slurry and eliminating insulation,there are potential savings in construction investment and a shorter construction period.
