摘  要:针对某高硫铜锌多金属矿石铜锌分选不理想,硫精矿含锌(2%)超标,且药剂用量大等问题,进行了新型捕收剂P510、P4037试验研究。结果表明:与BK301相比,P510、P4037铜锌分选性能好、浮选速度快、有效提高铜品位及回收率、铜锌互含低、药剂消耗少、药剂单位成本下降58.36%,从源头降低选矿废水中约40%的COD,适合低碱条件下选铜,且有利于后续选硫作业,减少硫浮选时活化剂用量。新药剂高效绿色的整体设计及大工业化是支撑绿色矿山理念形成与落实的基础与动力。Compared to collector BK301(obtained mixture of Z-200 and Ammonium dibutyl dithiophosphate),P510 and P4037 showed better selectivity and flotation rate,which resulted in higher concentrate grade and recovery rate and reducing the mutual containing of copper and zinc as well as reagent dosage and its unit cost(by 58.36%).The benefits also include a 40%decrease on COD content in recycling water,which gives a favorable condition for copper flotation in low alkaline and reducing the dosage of pyrite activator.The design and industrial application of new environment-friendly high-efficient collectors are the foundation and motivation supporting the forming and realizing of Green Mine concept.
