摘　　要：通过分析医学院校《计算机基础》课程特点、医学院校学生未来就业的特点以及授课教师情况,发现课程思政存在以下问题:课程思政元素不充分,课程思政实施过程生硬,授课教师课程思政意识不足和本领不强等。将教学目标细化为知识传授、能力培养和价值引领三个维度进行教学改革,深入挖掘思政元素构建医学院校《计算机基础》课程思政案例库。授课教师不但结合课外任务、典型人物和典型案例实施课堂思政,而且利用第二课堂开展课程思政,经过一学期的教学实践取得较好的效果,特别是第二课堂比较受学生们的欢迎,可为其他院校《计算机基础》课程思政建设和实践提供参考。By analyzing the characteristics of the Computer Fundamentals course in medical colleges,the future employment characteristics of medical college students,and the situation of teaching teachers,it is found that there are the following problems in the ideological and political education of the course:insufficient ideological and political elements in the course,rigid implementation process of ideological and political education in the course,insufficient ideological and political awareness and weak skills of teaching teachers.Refine the teaching objectives into three dimensions:knowledge transmission,ability cultivation,and value guidance for teaching reform,and deeply explore ideological and political elements to build a case library of ideological and political education in the Computer Fundamentals course of medical colleges.The teaching teacher not only combines extracurricular tasks,typical characters,and typical cases to implement classroom ideological and political education,but also uses the second classroom to carry out course ideological and political education.After a semester of teaching practice,good results have been achieved,especially the second classroom is more popular among students,providing reference for the ideological and political construction and practice of the"Computer Fundamentals"course in other universities.
