摘  要:数字化继电保护装置的运行时长会加快电子元件的失效速度,为了增强继电保护装置失效率计算可靠性,提出数字化继电保护装置时变失效率自动计算方法。分析时变状态下的继电保护装置失效率,获取继电保护装置电子元件失效原因;根据继电保护装置的上传状态报告信息及自检告警信息,利用状态评分原则对继电保护装置各个电子元件实行失效率计算,根据计算结果实现继电保护装置时变失效率自动计算。实验结果表明,通过对上述方法展开不同电子元件的失效率计算测试、老化元件检测效率测试,验证了上述方法的有效性强、可靠性高。In order to enhance the reliability of the failure rate calculation of the digital relay protection device,an automatic calculation method for the time-varying failure rate of the digital relay protection device was proposed.At first,the failure rate of the relay protection device under the time-varying state was analyzed,and then the failure rea-sons of electronic components were obtained.According to the report of upload status and self-test alarm information of the relay protection device,the failure rate was calculated through the status scoring principle.Based on the calcu-lation result,the automatic calculation for the time-varying failure rate of the relay protection device was achieved.After the test of the failure rate calculation of different electronic components and the test of the detection efficiency of aging components,experimental results show that the proposed method is effective and reliable.
