摘 要:双向DC/DC变换器的功率能量流向具有不确定性,当变换器运行条件不理想时,无法实现闭环稳定工作,变换器模式切换过程产生的电压畸变导致变换器损耗较大,影响变换器性能。为此,提出一种非理想条件下双向DC/DC变换器滑模控制方法。构建了双向DC/DC变换器的数学模型,并获取变换器的平衡点特性,避免变换器在模式切换过程中出现电压畸变。以升压模式和降压模式为非理想条件,设计滑模电流控制器和滑模电压控制器,有效控制双向DC/DC变换器的稳定性。仿真结果表明,研究方法下对于双向DC/DC变换器的Boost模式和Buck模式,电压的畸变可在0.04s之内完成稳定性恢复,在多次迭代实验中变换器的启动时间始终低于20ms,可将稳态误差控制在0.019%以内。验证了上述方法的控制性能好,启动效率和控制精度均较高。The power and energy flow direction of bidirectional DC/DC converter is uncertain.When the operating conditions of the converter are not ideal,the closed-loop stable operation cannot be achieved,and the voltage distor-tion caused by the mode switching process of the converter leads to large losses of the converter and affects the per-formance of the converter.Therefore,a sliding mode control method for bi-directional DC/DC converter under non-i-deal conditions is proposed.The mathematical model of bi-directional DC/DC converter is constructed,and the bal-ance point characteristics of the converter are obtained to avoid voltage distortion in the process of mode switching.Taking the step-up mode and step-down mode as non-ideal conditions,the sliding mode current controller and sliding mode voltage controller are designed to effectively control the stability of the bidirectional DC/DC converter.The simulation results show that for Boost mode and Buck mode of bidirectional DC/DC converter under the research method,the stability recovery of voltage distortion can be completed within O.04s.In many iterative experiments,the starting time of the converter is always less than 20ms,and the steady-state error can be controlled within 0.019%.The control performance of the above method is verified to be good,with high startup efficiency and control accuracy.
