摘 要:随着运动鞋鞋头熔断设计的广泛应用,熔断后的织物类材料用于鞋帮面屈挠部位,穿着后运动易出现断纱、破损的质量问题。目前,我国轻工业标准QB/T2224-2012《鞋类帮面低温耐折性能要求》以及GB/T 3903.41-2019《鞋类帮面和衬里试验方法耐折性能》无法模拟织物用在鞋面实际穿着过程中受力不均匀的屈挠效果。本文通过对GB/T3903.41-2019《鞋类帮面和衬里试验方法耐折性能》方法的升级,将辅助材料熔断在织物上测试,模拟鞋面实际穿着过程中受力不均匀的情况,能够有效识别产品断纱、破损的质量问题.With the wide application of the fusing design of the head of athletic shoes,the fabric materials after fu-sing are used for the flexion part of the upper surface,which is prone to damage quality problems such as yarn break-age wearing.At present,the light industry standards QB/T 224-2012"Flexability Requirement of Footwear Upper Surface at Low Temperature"and GB/T 3903.41-2019"Flexability of Footwear Upper Surface and Lining Test Meth-od"cannot simulate the uneven flexure effect of fabric when it is used in the actual wearing process.By upgrading the method GB/T 3903.41-2019"Flexability of Shoe Upper and Lining Test Method",the auxiliary material was fused on the fabric for testing,and the uneven force in the actual wearing process of the shoe upper was simulated,which can effectively identify quality problems such as yarn breakage and damage in products.
