摘 要:为探究不同抗弯刚度跑鞋对慢跑过程中人体下肢生物力学特征的影响,设计了0.06Nm/deg、0.12 Nm/deg、0.24Nm/deg、0.36Nm/deg4种不同弯曲刚度的跑鞋,选择20名业余跑步爱好者作为研究对象,对其慢跑过程中的下肢生物力学特征参数进行收集和分析。结果表明,随着弯曲刚度由0.06Nm/deg逐渐提升至0.36Nm/deg时,研究对象下肢生物力学特征变化并非线性。综合来看,0.24Nm/deg弯曲刚度跑鞋能够为人体提供最佳的下肢关节稳定性和缓冲性.In order to explore the influence of running shoes with different bending stffness on the biomechanical characteristics of human lower limbs during jogging,four kinds of running shoes with different bending stiffness,0.06 Nm/deg,0.12 Nm/deg,0.24 Nm/deg and 0.36 Nm/deg,were designed.20 amateur runners were selected as re-search objects.The parameters of lower limb biomechanics during jogging were collected and analyzed.The results show that as the bending stiffness gradually increases from 0.06 Nm/deg to 0.36 Nm/deg,the changes in the biome-chanical characteristics of lower limbs of the study subjects are not linear.In general,0.24 Nm/deg bending stiffness running shoes can provide the best stability and cushionability of lower limb joints for the human body.
