摘  要:温湿度、二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)浓度和废水pH值等是湿法人造革生产过程中的重要监测指标。人造革生产过程中产生的废弃物成分复杂、危害严重,如不加强监控和处理,会危害人体健康、造成地面水污染和空气污染。本文介绍了湿法人造革生产工艺过程,探究了人造革生产工艺的发展方向。基于单片机与PC机设计一种自动化湿法人造革生产监控系统,确定了系统总体结构、硬件选型与软件设计方案等。该系统主要硬件包括温湿度传感器、DMF浓度自动检测仪、pH值计、显示器等,采用的主控单元是AT89C52单片机,将采集的各种环境参数送入单片机进行处理计算,利用VB6.0软件编程对数据进行存储、显示,实现湿法人造革生产过程中多种环境参数的自动采集和实时监控。Temperature and humidity,dimethylformamide(DMF)concentration and pH value of wastewater are important monitoring indicators in the process of wet artificial leather production.The waste generated in the process of production is complex and harmful.If not strengthened monitoring and treatment,it will harm human health,cause ground water pollution and air pollution.In this paper,the production process of wet artificial leather was briefly in-troduced,and the development direction of the production process of artificial leather was explored.An automatic wet leather monitoring system was designed based on single chip microcomputer and PC.The system structure,hardware selection and software design were determined.The main hardware of the system included temperature and humidity sensor,DMF concentration automatic detector,pH value detection probe,display,and so on.The main control unit is AT89C52 single chip microcomputer,and various environmental parameters collected were sent to the single chip microcomputer for processing and calculation.VB6.O software was used to store and display the data.The automatic collection and real-time monitoring of various environmental parameters in the process of wet artificial leather produc-tion were realized.
