12个甜樱桃品种抗裂果生理指标的筛选及裂果机制分析

摘  要:以12个甜樱桃品种的裂果率以及果实生理指标为试验样本,采用SPSS软件进行相关性分析、线性回归分析以及聚类分析,建立裂果率与果实生理指标的关联性。结果表明,12个甜樱桃离体果实清水浸泡后的裂果率呈现明显的差异。相关性分析、线性回归分析和聚类分析共同表明,甜樱桃总酸含量、吸水率与裂果率呈极显著正相关,果形指数与裂果率呈极显著负相关。进一步分析发现,果形指数高的甜樱桃品种不易裂果,同时总酸含量的积累导致果实内部渗透势降低,进而增加了果实对水分的吸收,最终导致了裂果的产生。The fruit cracking and physiological indexes of 12 sweet cherry cultivars were measured,and correlation analysis,linear regression analysis and cluster analysis were performed with SPSS software to screen major fruit physiological elements affecting fruit cracking.The results showed that fruit cracking rate of 12 sweet cherry cultivars showed significant differences was treated by immersing into the water.Correlation analysis,linear regression analysis and clustering analysis together showed that total acid content and water absorption rate were significantly positive correlated with the fruit cracking,and fruit shape index was significantly negative correlated with the fruit cracking.Further analysis revealed sweet cherry cultivars with higher fruit shape index were higher was not easy to crack,and accumulation of total acids content led to a decreases in the internal osmotic potential of fruit,resulting in higher absorption of water by fruit.
