摘  要:基于Delmia软件对高机动防暴车驾驶场景进行人-机仿真,对驾驶员的视域和上肢可达域进行了研究。在该软件的人体测量编辑模块中创建两组不同参数的人体模型,应用仿真法在该软件的人因工程模块中模拟高机动防暴车的驾驶场景。通过设定两组人体模型的驾驶姿态,对比分析上肢可达域和视域范围得出驾驶员的最优身高、高机动防暴车的方向盘、换挡杆及控制按钮操纵元件和车窗的最优位置布局。以人因工程系统方法为指导,并以其作为设计驱动,在提高人机工效的同时,对高机动防暴车各元件的位置布局提供最优解决方案。Based on Delmia software,the human-machine system simulation of high mobility riot vehicle driving scene was carried out,and the driver's field of view and upper limb reachable domain were studied.Two groups of human body models with different parameters were created in the Human Measurements Editor of the software.The driving scenes in the environment of high mobile riot vehicles were simulated in the Ergonomics Design&Analysis module using the simulation method.By setting the driving posture of the two groups of human body models,the optimal height of the driver,the optimal position layout of the steering wheel,gear lever,and control button of the high mobility riot vehicle,and the optimal position layout of the window is obtained by comparing and analyzing the upper limb reachable area and view area.Guided by the human factor engineering system method and driven by its design,the optimal solution is provided for the location and layout of various components of the high-mobility riot vehicle while improving man-machine ergonomics.
