摘 要:针对某舰载机箱舱门显示屏温度高于极限需求的问题,采用热仿真软件ICEPAK对机箱温度场进行了数值分析和风冷通道的改型散热设计。数值结果表明,原机箱的散热通道设计对机箱内部热源的散热效果是有效的,但无法满足显示屏面板的散热需求。通过对原机箱散热通道的改型设计发现,改型后的散热通道不仅降低了机箱内部热源温度,而且可以有效的降低舱门显示屏面板的最高温度,最大下降量约为25℃。数值计算结果对舰载机箱的安全运行设计具有重要的指导意义。In response to the problem that the temperature of the cabin door display screen of a certain shipboard chassis is higher than the limit requirement,the thermal simulation software ICEPAK was used to conduct numerical analysis of the chassis temperature field and design a modified cooling channel for air cooling.The numerical results show that the cooling channel design of the original cabinet is effective for the heat dissipation of the internal heat source of the cabinet,but it cannot meet the heat dissipation requirements of the display panel.Through the design of the modified cooling channel of the original cabinet,it is found that the modified cooling channel not only reduce the temperature of the internal heat source of the cabinet but also effectively reduce the maximum temperature of the display panel by about 25℃.The numerical results have important guiding significance for the safe operation design of the shipborne cabinet.
