摘  要:陆军旅救护所承担战时伤员处置和转接的枢纽任务,其卫勤救治效能事关伤员转归能力。聚焦救护所保障优化策略,基于伤员救治路径建立仿真模型,提出3种管理优化手段,建立资源平均利用率、伤员救治平均时间和平均滞留时间3组6个救治效能评估指标。仿真结果显示,实施救护所重伤资源统用是提高卫勤救治效能最佳方式,伤员救治平均时间缩短约26%;提高手术可执行率在资源统用模式下,能有效发挥伤员分流作用;提高救治单元处置效率能一定程度提高救护所伤员流速,加快伤员转归速率。提出的仿真模型和优化策略,可为卫勤指挥训练提供科学依据和决策参考。The army brigade ambulance station is responsible for the pivotal task of handling and transferring wounded during wartime,and its medical treatment effectiveness is related to the ability of wounded to return.This paper focused on the optimization policies of ambulance station,established a simulation model based on the treatment path of the wounded,and put forward three management optimization policies and three groups of six performance indicators,including mean utilization rate of resources,length of stay and latency time.The simulation results show that the best way to improve the efficiency of medical service is to implement the unified utilization of server injury resources in the ambulance station,and the average length of stay is reduced by about 26%.In the mode of resource unified,impoving the executable rate of surgery can effectively play the role of triage of wounded.In addition,improving the efficiency of emergency treatment can improve the flow rate of the wounded in the station to to speed up the return or evacuation rate of the wounded.The simulation model and optimization policies proposed in this paper can provide scientific basis and decision-making reference for medical service command and training.
