摘  要:针对现有永磁无刷爪极发电机无法调磁调压的问题,提出了一种双端混合励磁车载爪极发电机。由于该发电机的磁路中同时具有径向磁通和轴向磁通,增加了计算发电机特性的难度。搭建发电机的等效磁路模型,通过迭代计算对双端励磁车载爪极发电机的静态特性进行了分析。同时根据与有限元分析的结果相对比,等效磁路法能够实现计算快速、结果准确。另外完成了发电机样机的制作和实验测试,结果表明上述等效磁路模型具有较高的计算精度。Aiming at the problem that the existing permanent magnet brushless claw pole generator cannot adjust the magnetic field and voltage,a dual-direction hybrid excitation vehicle claw pole generator is proposed.Because the magnetic circuit of the generator includes both radial flux and axial flux,it is difficult to calculate the performance of the generator.The equivalent magnetic circuit model of the generator was built,and the static performance of the dual-direction hybrid excitation vehicle claw pole generator was analyzed by iterative calculation.Compared with the results of finite element analysis,the equivalent magnetic circuit method can achieve fast calculation and accurate results.In addition,the manufacture and experimental test of the generator prototype were completed.The results show that the above equivalent magnetic circuit model has high calculation accuracy.
