摘 要:C_(4)F_(7)N的分解特性关系到气体绝缘电气设备的绝缘性能、缓冲气体选择、固体材料的选择等,也可为电气设备的故障识别提供参考依据。为此,首先利用量子化学方法计算分析了C_(4)F_(7)N的解离路径及主要分解物的形成。随后,以C_(4)F_(7)N/CO_(2)混合气体为研究对象,实施了电晕放电、火花放电、悬浮放电等典型缺陷,定性、定量分析了混合比例、施加电压等因素对分解产物种类和含量的影响。C_(4)F_(7)N的稳定产物包括全氟烷烃气体(PFCs)CF_(4)、C_(2)F_(6)、C_(3)F_(8)、C_(3)F_(6)、2-C_(4)F_(6)、2-C_(4)F_(8)和i-C_(4)F_(10);腈类气体CNCN、CF_(3)CN、C_(2)F_(5)CN和CF_(2)CFCN。其中,CO、CF_(4)和C_(3)F_(6)为主要分解气体。随着C_(4)F_(7)N混合比例的增大,CO的含量降低,全氟烷烃和腈类气体的含量增大。由于悬浮放电缺陷涉及固体绝缘材料,CO和CF_(4)的含量较电晕放电和火花放电的高。最后,根据C_(4)F_(7)N/CO_(2)混合气体分解产物的成因和变化趋势,本文提出以CO和全氟烷烃气体的体积比值c(CO)/c(PFCs),以及CF_(4)、C_(2)F_(6)与C_(3)F_(6)的体积比值c(CF_(4)+C_(2)F_(6))/c(C_(3)F_(6))作为典型放电缺陷的识别判据,可为C_(4)F_(7)N/CO_(2)气体绝缘设备故障识别与诊断提供参考。The decomposition characteristics of C_(4)F_(7)N are related to buffer gas selection and solid material compatibility,and can also provide a reference for the fault identification of electrical equipment.Therefore,this paper first analyzes the dissociation path and main decomposition byproducts of C_(4)F_(7)N using the quantum chemical method.Then,C_(4)F_(7)N/CO_(2)is taken as the object,and a series of experiments are carried out,including corona discharge,spark discharge,and suspension discharge.The influences of the mixing ratio and applied voltage on the type and content of decomposition byproducts are analyzed.The byproducts of C_(4)F_(7)N are CF_(4),C_(2)F_(6),C_(3)F_(8),C_(3)F_(6),2-C_(4)F_(6),2-C_(4)F_(8),i-C_(4)F_(10)CNCN,CF_(3)CN,C_(2)F_(5)CN and CF_(2)CFCN,and CO,CF_(4)and C_(3)F_(6)are the main byproducts.As the mixing ratio of C_(4)F_(7)N increases,the content of CO decreases,and the contents of perfluorinated hydrocarbon(PFCs)and nitriles increase.Since the suspension discharge relates to solid insulating materials,the contents of CO and CF_(4)are higher than those of corona discharge and spark discharge.Finally,according to the formation and variation of the decomposition byproducts,this paper proposes the content ratios c(CO)/c(PFCs)and c(CF_(4)+C_(2)F_(6))/c(C_(3)F_(6))as the criteria to identify the typical discharge defects,which can provide a reference for fault identification and diagnosis of C_(4)F_(7)N/CO_(2)gas insulated equipment.
