摘 要:LLC三元件谐振变换器受自身结构限制,增益对负载变化敏感、调压范围与转换效率相互制约,且只能通过基波传输功率。对此,该文提出了一种基于LLC-LC五元件谐振网络的宽增益直流变换器,采用多模式倍压整流单元和脉宽调制方式,获得与负载解耦的宽增益;同时,通过五元件谐振网络传输3次谐波功率,提高了变换器的效率。最后,采用PLECS建立仿真模型并制作一台200 W实验样机,仿真和实验结果验证了所提直流变换器拓扑及其调制方法的有效性,归一化增益范围为1~4,转换效率达到92.5%。Confined by its own structure,three-element LLC resonant converter has the defect that the gain is sensitive to load changes,which facilitates the voltage regulation range and the conversion efficiency to be mutually restricted.Meanwhile,the power can only be transmitted through the fundamental wave.To solve the problems,this paper proposes a wide-gain DC converter based on the LLC-LC five-element resonant network,using a multi-mode voltage-multiplying rectifying unit and pulse width modulation method to obtain a wide gain range decoupling from the load;at the same time,the third harmonic power is transmitted by the five-element resonant network,which improves the efficiency of the converter.Finally,a PLECS simulation model and a 200 W experimental prototype are built,and simulation and experimental results verify the effectiveness of proposed five-element DC converter topology and its modulation method.The gain range is 1~4,and the conversion efficiency reaches 92.5%.
