摘 要:研究以Al(OH)_(3)、纳米Al_(2)O_(3)和片状Al_(2)O_(3)为铝源,MgO为镁源,NaCl为熔盐,采用熔盐法在800~1200℃下保温3 h合成镁铝尖晶石粉体。借助XRD、SEM和激光粒度仪分析了铝源种类对镁铝尖晶石粉体合成温度、形貌和粒度的影响。探究了使用不同铝源时,热处理温度对合成粉体的物相组成、产物形貌的影响。结果表明:铝源种类对镁铝尖晶石的开始形成温度和形貌有显著影响。相比于片状Al_(2)O_(3),在反应活性较高的Al(OH)_(3)和纳米Al_(2)O_(3)中,1000℃保温3 h即可获得纯相镁铝尖晶石。镁铝尖晶石的形貌与所用铝源形貌高度一致,表明镁铝尖晶石的形成符合“Al_(2)O_(3)模板生长机制”。MgAl_(2)O_(4)spinel with different morphologies were prepared by molten salt method at 800~1200℃ and 3h,using Al(OH)_(3),nano Al_(2)O_(3)and plate-like Al_(2)O_(3)as aluminum source,MgO as magnesium source and NaCl as molten salt.The influence of types of aluminum source and treatment temperature on the phase composition and product morphology and partical size were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),field emission scanning electron microscopy(FE-SEM),Energy Dispersive Spectroscopy(EDS)and laser particle analyzer,respectively.The results show that the type of aluminum source has a significant effect on the initial formation temperature and morphology of MgAl_(2)O_(4)spinel.Compared with plate-like Al_(2)O_(3)pure phase MgAl_(2)O_(4)spinel can be obtained at 1000 C for 3h when using Al(OH)_(3)and nano Al_(2)O_(3)with higher reactivity.The morphology of Al_(2)O_(4)spinel is highly consistent with that of aluminum source,indicating that the formation of Al_(2)O_(4) spinel by molten salt method conforms to the“Al_(2)O_(3)template growth mechanism”.
