摘  要:基于建筑陶瓷企业的实际生产情况,研究了高岭石类(广西土、厦门球土、马来土)和蒙脱石类(辽宁膨润土)矿物原料的本征性质及其流变性能。三种高岭石类矿物的颗粒形貌都呈片状结构,而广西土的粒度细、片状颗粒分散、酸性强和Zeta电位低,导致其黏度对含水率的敏感性最强。辽宁膨润土颗粒呈“布”状,由于层间具有吸水膨胀性,黏度对含水率的敏感性较强。在解胶实验中,三聚磷酸钠和聚丙烯酸钠对高岭石类矿物都有较好的解胶效果,而对于蒙脱石类矿物,高分子减水剂的空间位阻作用更加有效。Based on the actual production situation of building ceramic enterprises,this paper studies the rheological properties of kaolinite(Guangxi clay,Xiamen ball clay,Malay clay)and montmorillonite(Liaoning bentonite)mineral raw materials.The particle morphology of the three kinds of kaolinite minerals are all flaky structures,and the Guangxi soil has the strongest sensitivity to the water content due to its fine particle size,dispersed flaky particles,strong acidity and low Zeta potential.Liaoning bentonite particles are in the shape of“cloth”.Due to the water-swelling properties between the layers,the viscosity has a strong sensitivity to the water content.In the de-gelation experiment,sodium tripolyphosphate and sodium polyacrylate have a good de-gelation effect on kaolinite minerals,while for montmorillonite minerals,the steric hindrance effect of polymer water reducer is more effective.
