摘 要:氢能作为化石燃料的理想替代品,在能源转型过程中发挥着重要作用。电解水产生氢气成为最有前景的制氢途径之一。在大部分电解水产氢的电催化剂中,贵金属Pt基材料一直表现出优异的电催化性能,但是由于它们的成本较高和地球上含量比较低,在工业应用方面受到了严重的限制[1-3]。因此,设计和寻找地球上含量丰富,成本低,活性较高的电催化剂一直是电解水领域研究的热点问题。本文通过水热合成的方法制备了MOF-199前驱体,利用MOF-199直接在600℃下碳化得到了碳包覆的铜/氧化亚铜复合材料,作为析氢反应的电催化剂。对制备材料的形貌、性能进行了深入研究。发现优化后的Cu/Cu2O@C-600复合材料在碱性环境中,在电流密度为10 mA/cm2时,过电位仅需要67 mV。Hydrogen energy,as an ideal alternative to fossil fuels,plays an important role in the energy transformation process.Electrolysis of water to produce hydrogen has become one of the most promising ways of hydrogen production.In most of the electrocatalysts for hydrogen production from water electrolysis,precious metal Pt based materials have consistently demonstrated excellent electrocatalytic performance.However,due to their high cost and low content on Earth,their industrial applications are severely limited.Therefore,designing and searching for abundant,low-cost,and highly active electrocatalysts on Earth has always been a hot topic in the field of water electrolysis research.This article prepared MOF-199 precursor through hydrothermal synthesis method,and obtained carbon coated Cu/Cu2O composite material by carbonization of MOF-199 directly at 600℃as an electrocatalyst for hydrogen evolution reaction.In-depth research on the morphology and properties of the prepared materials is conducted.It is found when the current density of the composite material is 10 mA/cm2,the overpotential is only 67 mV for the optimized Cu/Cu2O@C-600 in an alkaline environment.
