摘  要:以柠檬酸为络合剂,采用溶胶凝胶法合成铝酸镧钙钛矿载体,并使用初湿浸渍法以Pt(NH3)4(NO3)2为前驱体制备了铝酸镧载体负载的0.5%(质量分数)Pt基催化剂,考察了其催化硝基苯加氢性能。结果表明,所制备的催化剂在4 MPa H2压力、反应温度80℃、反应时间30 min时,可以获得100%硝基苯转化率和96.7%苯胺选择性。A lanthanum aluminate perovskite support was synthesized by sol-gel method with citric acid as coordination agent,and a 0.5%Pt based catalyst supported on the lanthanum aluminate support was prepared by incipient wetness impregnation with Pt(NH3)4(NO3)2 as a precursor.The catalytic performance of Pt/LaAlO3 for nitrobenzene hydrogenation was investigated.The results showed that the prepared catalyst could achieve 100%nitrobenzene conversion and 96.7%aniline selectivity at a H2 pressure of 4 MPa,a reaction temperature of 80℃,and a reaction period of 30 minutes.
