大粒径二烷基次膦酸盐的制备与性能研究

摘  要:以铝盐、四丁基氯化铵、二乙基次膦酸钠为主要原材料,制备得到了大粒径二烷基次膦酸盐。研究结果表明,四丁基氯化铵作为相转移催化剂,能促进反应进行,使产品反应彻底和诱导反应产品析出结晶方向,制造出的产品具有粒径较大、晶型紧致等优点。测试结果表明,制备得到了的大粒径二烷基次膦酸盐D50>50μm,堆积密度>700 g/L,T1%>350℃,加入产品的试样阻燃达V-0(1.6 mm),产品的粒径大,具有良好的耐热性和阻燃性能等优点。Aluminum salt,tetrabutylammonium chloride,and sodium diethylphosphinate were used as the main raw materials to prepare large particle size dialkyl phosphinate.The research results indicate that tetrabutylammonium chloride,as a phase transfer catalyst,can promote the reaction,make the product react thoroughly,and induce the crystallization direction of the reaction product.The produced product has advantages such as large particle size and compact crystal form.The test results indicate that the prepared large particle size dialkyl phosphinate has a D50 greater than 50μm.The stacking density is greater than 700 g/L,T1%is greater than 350℃,and the sample added to the product has a flame retardancy of V-0(1.6 mm).The product has a large particle size and excellent heat resistance and flame retardancy.
