摘  要:为了对水质中的油性物质进一步过滤净化,研制了一种多孔超亲油型正十二烷基硫醇纤维膜[NDM/Cu(OH)2纤维膜],以采集微小的油珠,从而达到水包油乳剂中连续、有效地捕捉到的微小油珠的效果。研究结果表明,无表面活性剂水包甲苯乳油的颗粒尺寸分布很均匀,0~65μm时以大颗粒为主;具有稳定的表面活性剂型的水包甲基苯乳液具有更好的微粒尺寸,为31μm和50μm。在油-水分离中,其分离效果大于99%。当油滴直径为16~28μm时,在0.1 mm的捕集槽间隔下,油-水分离机的分离效果大于99%,实现了对水性乳剂的处理。该研究有助于提高水净化效率,为后续的水质提纯起到一定的理论支撑作用。In order to further filter and purify oily substances in water quality,it is of great significance to people's livelihood.For this purpose,a porous super-oil-wet n-dodecyl mercaptan fiber membrane(NDM/Cu(OH)2 fiber membrane)was developed to capture tiny oil beads,so as to achieve the effect of continuous and effective capture of tiny oil beads in oil-in-water emulsion.The results showed that the size distribution of toluene emulsion without surfactants was uniform,and large particles were predominant when 0~65μm was obtained.The water-containing methylbenzene emulsion with a stable surface active dosage form has a better particle size of 31μm and 50μm.In oil-water separation,the separation effect is greater than 99%.When the diameter of the oil drop is 16~28μm,the separation effect of the oil-water separator is greater than 99%at the interval of 0.1 mm,and the water-based emulsion can be treated.This study is helpful to improve the efficiency of water purification and provide theoretical support for subsequent water purification.
