摘  要:针对磷酸陈化槽内固-液两相混合物系,构建轴流-径流耦合式搅拌模型,运用FLUENT软件,结合欧拉多相流模型、标准k-ε湍流模型进行数值模拟,分析PBT45o-Rushton组合式桨叶结构作用下磷酸陈化槽内流场的分布规律以及功率消耗情况。结果表明,PBT45o-Rushton组合式桨叶结构可对陈化槽内流场分布产生积极作用,适当提高转速,可在一定程度上改善陈化槽内混合效果。本研究可为轴流-径流耦合式搅拌结构应用于固液两相搅拌提供理论参考。A coupled axial flow and runoff stirring model was constructed for the solid-liquid two-phase mixture system in the phosphoric acid aging tank.FLUENT software was used,combined with the Euler multiphase flow model and standard k-εturbulence model,numerical simulation was conducted using a turbulence model to analyze the distribution of flow field and power consumption in the phosphoric acid aging tank under the action of PBT45o-Rushton combined blade structure.The results indicate that the PBT45o-Rushton combined blade structure can have a positive effect on the flow field distribution in the aging tank.By appropriately increasing the speed,the mixing effect in the aging tank can be improved to a certain extent.This study can provide theoretical reference for the application of axial runoff coupled stirring structures in solid-liquid two-phase mixing.
