摘　　要：焦炉煤气加工液化天然气为其最佳的利用方向之一,预处理工序为其前端工序,为进一步提升液化天然气制备效率和安全性,以焦炉煤气预处理系统为主要研究对象,在对其工艺流程分析的基础上,重点对气柜和初级升压系统的控制方案进行优化改进设计,为后续工艺环节提供更加稳定且纯净的焦炉煤气。The processing of liquefied natural gas from coke oven gas is one of its best utilization directions,and the pretreatment process is its front-end process.In order to further improve the efficiency and safety of liquefied natural gas preparation,the coke oven gas pretreatment system is the main research object.Based on the analysis of its process flow,the focus is on optimizing and improving the control scheme of the gas holder and primary boosting system,to provide more stable and pure coke oven gas for subsequent process steps.
