关于脱硫塔内壁挂玻璃钢板防腐防磨防泄漏的研究

摘  要:硫酸铵的形成和浓缩过程主要在增浓段完成,增浓段浆液的密度达到1286 kg/m3时,同时取样硫酸铵固体含量达到7%后,对增浓段的塔壁磨损加剧,造成塔壁频繁泄漏导致被迫停塔处理,既影响脱硫工艺稳定又带来烟气排放指标的波动,给生产造成较大影响。为此,经过反复的沟通、尝试,在原有脱硫塔(壁厚6 mm)增浓段内衬玻璃鳞片的基础上继续增加内衬玻璃钢板进行防腐;即增浓段塔壁内部、增浓段喷头下面,沿塔壁贴玻璃钢板(长6000 mm×宽1200 mm)共15块,玻璃钢板与板之间的缝隙通过玻璃丝布、短贴毡、树脂、固化剂等进行粘合,最终使整个增浓段内部类似一个玻璃钢塔。开车后运行效果明显好转,运行后半年未出现泄漏现象,应用效果显著。The formation and concentration process of ammonium sulfate is mainly completed in the enrichment stage.When the slurry density in the enrichment stage reaches 1286 kg/m3,and the solid content of sampled ammonium sulfate reaches 7%,the tower wall abrasion in the enrichment stage is aggravated,because of the frequent leakage of the tower wall,the tower was forced to shut down,which not only affected the stability of the desulphurization process,but also brought about the fluctuation of the flue gas emission index,and caused great trouble to the production,in order to prevent corrosion,the glass flake was added to the inner wall of the thickening section of the original desulfurization tower(the thickness of the wall is 6 mm),and the glass flake was added to the inner wall of the thickeningsection and under the nozzle of the thickening section,a total of 15 pieces of fiberglass(6000 mm long and 1200 mm wide)were pasted along the tower wall.The gaps between the fiberglass and the plate were bonded by glass cloth,felt,resin,curing agent,etc.,in the end,the whole thickening section is similar to a FRP tower.After driving,the running effect is obviously improved,and the running time hasn't leaked from the shortest half a month before to the longest half a year after the transformation.
