摘　　要：化工厂冷冻水泵因设备老化使用年限较长,导致出现驱动侧异常振动问题,该类型离心泵发生振动的原因是多方面、多种因素共同作用的结果,如不及时检修,会导致泵组设备运行故障。基于此,结合实际冷冻水泵振动故障,对泵组振动故障成因及解决措施进行分析处理,对检修工作经验进行总结,以期为相关工作提供参考借鉴。Due to the aging and long service life of the chemical plant's chilled water pump,abnormal vibration problems occur on the drive side.The vibration of this type of centrifugal pump is the result of the combined action of multiple factors.If not repaired in time,it can lead to operational failures of the pump equipment.Based on this,combined with actual vibration faults of refrigeration water pumps,the causes and solutions of pump group vibration faults are analyzed and processed,and the maintenance work experience is summarized,in order to provide reference for related work.
