摘  要:根据环保要求,喜丰航公司2#合成氨系统进行升级改造,气化装置将常压间歇式气化炉改为微正压纯氧连续气化炉,后系统装置基本保持不变。通过对改造前后生产系统运行情况对比,证明这种改造模式的可行性,同时例举出不足之处,为同类装置升级改造提供可借鉴经验。According to environmental protection requirements,Xifenghang Company's 2#synthetic ammonia system has been upgraded and renovated.The gasification device has been changed from an atmospheric intermittent gasifier to a micro positive pressure pure oxygen continuous gasifier,and the rear system equipment has remained basically unchanged.By comparing the operation of the production system before and after the renovation,the feasibility of this renovation model is demonstrated,and the shortcomings are listed to provide reference experience for the upgrading and renovation of similar devices.
