摘  要:重整离心式循环氢压缩机利用3.5 MPa蒸汽作为驱动,正常生产时蒸汽耗气量约为105 t/h,占装置总蒸汽用量的70%。本着“一切成本皆可降”和“过紧日子”的思想,在不增设技改项目的基础上,通过降低重整高分罐的温度,降低重整循环氢流量等措施,在保证装置产品均合格的前提下,实现节省重整K-201蒸汽用量,达到公司降低生产成本的目标。The reforming centrifugal circulating hydrogen compressor uses 3.5 MPa steam as the driving force,and the steam consumption during normal production is about 105 t/h,accounting for 70%of the total steam consumption of the device.Based on the idea of"all costs can be reduced"and"living a tight life",without adding any technical renovation projects,measures such as reducing the temperature of the reforming high separation tank and reducing the hydrogen flow rate of the reforming cycle are taken to save the amount of steam used in reforming K-201 and achieve the company's goal of reducing production costs.
