摘 要:为解决回采巷道超前支护效率低、围岩控制效果差等问题,以狼窝渠矿23204工作面为工程背景,设计采用注浆锚索代替液压支柱的支护方案,通过数值模拟对不同锚索预应力及间排距下巷道垂直应力进行分析,从而给出最佳的锚索预紧力150 kN和最佳间排距1800 mm×900 mm,同时通过现场应用,发现注浆锚索支护受力最大值小于100 kN,处于安全合理范围内,所以注浆支护方案可行,为矿井回采巷道超前支护提供一定的参考。In order to solve the problems of low efficiency of advanced support and poor control effect of surrounding rock in the mining roadway,this paper takes the 23204 working face of Langwoqu Mine as the engineering background and designs a support scheme using grouting anchor cables instead of hydraulic pillars.Through numerical simulation,the vertical stress of the roadway under different anchor cable prestress and spacing is analyzed,and the optimal anchor cable preload of 150 kN and the optimal spacing of 1800 mm×900 mm are given.Through on-site application,it was found that the maximum force of grouting anchor support is less than 100 kN,which is within a safe and reasonable range.Therefore,the grouting support scheme is feasible,providing a certain reference for advanced support of mining tunnels.
