摘  要:针对某工厂废水具有的COD和SS含量高、可生化性差等问题,采用生物增浓同步脱氮工艺-改良A/O工艺进行处理,分析在生化处理工艺启动和稳定运行阶段的污染物处理效果,经过实际运行处理,工艺改良后的出水COD基本维持在100 mg/L,COD去除率达到90%以上,出水总酚质量浓度基本维持在20 mg/L,总酚去除率稳定在90%左右,出水氨氮质量浓度在5~10 mg/L左右,氨氮去除率稳定在90%。In response to the high COD and SS content and poor biodegradability of wastewater from a certain factory,a biological thickening synchronous denitrification process-improved A/O process was adopted for treatment.The pollutant treatment effect during the start-up and stable operation stages of the biochemical treatment process was analyzed.After actual operation,the COD of the effluent after the process improvement was basically maintained at 100 mg/L,and the COD removal rate reached over 90%.The total phenol mass concentration in the effluent was basically maintained at 20 mg/L,and the total phenol removal rate remained stable at around 90%.The ammonia nitrogen mass concentration in the effluent was around 5~10 mg/L,and the ammonia nitrogen removal rate remained stable at 90%.
