摘 要:医药化工生产企业产生的有机废气对大气环境影响突出,并且处理难度较大。为了给医药化工生产企业有机废气处理提供可靠技术保障,以河北某医药原料药、医药中间体建设项目为例,根据项目排放的废气污染物特征,提出采用不同的组合工艺对废气进行净化处理。经物料衡算,对比处理前后的废气产生和排放数据。结果表明,该医药化工生产项目废气处理符合相关标准要求,处理工艺可行,具有积极的现实意义。The organic waste gas generated by pharmaceutical and chemical production enterprises has a prominent impact on the atmospheric environment and is difficult to treat.In order to provide reliable technical support for the treatment of organic waste gas in pharmaceutical and chemical production enterprises,taking a pharmaceutical raw material and pharmaceutical intermediate construction project in Hebei as an example,different combination processes are proposed to purify the waste gas based on the characteristics of the waste gas pollutants emitted by the project.After material balance calculation,the waste gas generation and emission data before and after treatment are compared.The results indicate that the waste gas treatment of the pharmaceutical and chemical production project meets the relevant standard requirements,the treatment process is feasible,and has positive practical significance.
