摘　　要：塑料制品是构成“白色污染”的主要元凶,分解后对土壤、地下水环境造成严重污染。河北省作为京津冀地区废塑料回收与再生利用行业的集中地,其在回收与再生利用过程中产生的有机废气二次污染问题不容忽视。通过调研河北省废塑料回收与再生利用企业基本情况、配套有机废气污染治理设施建设情况,收集和监测治理后有机废气污染物排放情况,提出河北省目前废塑料回收与再生利用行业有机废气治理存在的主要问题与建议,指导行业健康发展。Plastic products are the main culprit of"white pollution",causing serious pollution to the soil and groundwater environment after decomposition.As a concentrated area of the waste plastic recycling and reuse industry in the Beijing Tianjin Hebei region,Hebei Province cannot ignore the secondary pollution problem of organic waste gas generated during the recycling and reuse process.By conducting research on the basic situation of waste plastic recycling and recycling enterprises in Hebei Province,as well as the construction of supporting organic waste gas pollution control facilities,collecting and monitoring the emissions of organic waste gas pollutants after treatment,the main problems and suggestions for the organic waste gas treatment in the waste plastic recycling and recycling industry in Hebei Province are proposed,guiding the healthy development of the industry.
