摘 要:研究提出了一种基于反渗透技术的发电厂内部水体循环化学废水处理技术,该技术以水体预处理、反渗透过滤与反渗透清洗三个主要步骤来实现发电厂内部水体循环过程中化学废水的过滤清洗。其中预处理包含电化学预处理与超滤预处理两个处理步骤,同时反渗透膜设备同样可以分为两级分化处理装置,在保障水循环中的化学废水处理的同时,也在对内循环水体进行处理后实现自身的功能性自清洗,实现循环系统与清洗系统两大系统的完整循环清洗体系。A chemical wastewater treatment technology for internal water circulation in power plants based on reverse osmosis technology is proposed.This technology involves three main steps:water pretreatment,reverse osmosis filtration,and reverse osmosis cleaning to achieve the filtration and cleaning of chemical wastewater during the internal water circulation process in power plants.The pre-treatment process includes two steps:electrochemical pre-treatment and ultrafiltration pre-treatment.At the same time,the reverse osmosis membrane equipment can also be divided into two stages of differentiation treatment devices.While ensuring the treatment of chemical wastewater in the water cycle,it also achieves its own functional self-cleaning after treating the internal circulating water body,achieving a complete cycle cleaning system for the circulation system and cleaning system.
