摘　　要：当今社会,具有潜水功能及潜水风格的手表愈发流行。潜水表的表圈具有旋转功能,表圈周围都有转齿,传统的转齿采用金属材料制作,加工方式为加工中心雕出或者模具压铸出。前者加工成本高,后者转齿表面不光滑、挺直,导致转动时不顺畅。本文设计了一种转动表圈系统,采用塑胶齿圈替代传统的金属齿圈,减少了加工成本,提高了加工精度;手表的金属上套与装饰上套采用分离式设计,大大提高了手表的维修性和耐用性,具有极高的实用价值和推广前景。In today's society,watches with diving functions and diving styles are becoming increasingly popular.The watch ring of a diving watch has a rotating function,and there are rotating teeth around the ring.The traditional rotating teeth are made of metal materials,and the processing method is carved by a machining center or die cast.The former has high processing costs;while the latter has an unsmooth and straight surface of the rotating teeth,resulting in unsmooth rotation.This paper designs a rotating watch ring system that uses plastic gear rings instead of traditional metal gear rings,reducing processing costs and improving processing accuracy;the metal upper cover and decorative upper cover of the watch adopt a separate design,greatly improving the maintenance and durability of the watch,which has high practical value and promotion prospects.
