局站分离台站观测业务软件的远程运行与监控方法探讨

摘  要:文章在阐述相关研究背景的基础上,通过启用主站的远程桌面功能和改造备站的网络连接方式,将主备站地面气象观测软件的运行、监控从城区外的观测站集约到城区内的气象局业务平台。改变了自动站采集器与业务计算机一对一的短距离采集模式、传输模式,实现了远程自动站运行、监控和数据处理。将观测业务人员从传统的值守方式改为无人值守的自动观测,优化人员岗位配置,实现业务集约化,提高了工作效率,同时确保地面气象观测自动站运行稳定可靠,业务质量达到要求。By enabling the remote desktop function of the main station and modifying the network connection mode of the standby station,the operation and monitoring of the ground meteorological observation software of the main and standby stations are centralized from observation stations outside the urban area to the meteorological bureau business platform within the urban area,changing the one-to-one short-distance acquisition and transmission mode between the automatic station collector and the business computer,enabling remote automatic station operation,monitoring,and data processing,changing the traditional duty mode of observation business personnel to unattended automatic observation,optimizing personnel position configuration,achieving business intensification,improving work efficiency,and ensuring stable and reliable operation of ground meteorological observation automatic stations,and meeting business quality requirements.
