摘 要:针对珍珠岩复合相变储能材料,提出一种新的制备技术。在制备前,对珍珠岩预处理,并完成表面改性;选择制备所需原材料,以及真空泵、恒温水浴锅等设备;结合浸渍法,实现对珍珠岩复合相变储能材料的制备。通过实例证明,采用新制备技术制备的材料结构能够为相变储能材料提供理想空间条件,表现出良好的稳定性。同时,由于制备的材料随着其质量比的增加,相应的质量损失逐渐增加,因此在实际制备时需要根据实际情况,合理设置质量比。Aiming at the perlite composite phase-transformation energy-storage material,a new preparation technology of is proposed.Before preparation,perlite is pretreated and surface modification is completed;the raw materials needed for preparation are selected,as well as equipments such as vacuum pump and constant temperature water bath pot are selected;the perlite composite phase-transformation energy-storage material is prepared by impregnation method.Examples show that the material structure prepared by the new preparation technology can provide ideal space conditions for phase-transformation energy-storage materials and show good stability.At the same time,due to the increase of the mass ratio of the prepared materials,the corresponding mass loss increases gradually,so it is necessary to set the mass ratio reasonably according to the actual situation in actual preparation.
