地黄活性成分治疗骨质疏松症的相关信号通路研究

摘　　要：骨质疏松症是以骨量减少和骨组织微结构被破坏为主要表现的一类疾病,容易导致骨强度下降和骨折风险增加。骨质疏松症引起的高发病率、高致残率和高死亡率仍是一个重大的全球健康问题。中医药治疗具有多通路、多靶点和多层次协同作用的优点且疗效显著,地黄作为一种传统中药,近年来在医学中被广泛用于治疗骨质疏松症。本文通过总结近年来地黄及其活性成分在防治骨质疏松症中的相关研究,多维度对其机制进行探讨,深度挖掘潜在的作用靶点,并总结目前相关研究所存在的一些问题,以期为中医药防治骨质疏松症提供新思路。Osteoporosis is a disease characterized by decreased bone mass and microarchitecture,which predisposes to decreased bone strength and increased risk of fracture.the high morbidity,morbidity,and mortality of OP and its complications remain a significant global health problem.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)treatment has multi-pathway,multi-target and multi-level synergistic effect and significant effect.Rehmannia glutinosa Libosch is a traditional chinese medicine,which has been widely used in medicine for many years to treat osteoporosis.Therefore,by summarizing the relevant research on the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis by rehmannia and its active ingredients in recent years,this paper discusses its mechanism in multiple dimensions,deeply explores the potential targets,and summarizes some problems existing in relevant research,so as to provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis in traditional Chinese medicine.
