摘　　要：先进制造业和现代服务业融合情境下新业态为制造强国建设提供了新动能,是学界和业界重点关注的对象。基于已有研究,本文借助趋同模型,刻画“两业”融合与新业态演化的相关关系,并对二者间作用机制进行了理论解读。同时,结合“两业”融合典型事实,采用超边际分析方法,详细阐述“两业”融合下新业态的动态演进过程。研究结果表明,“两业”融合度提高会推动新业态持续演化;“两业”技术融合、业务融合和市场融合,分别通过技术链重构、价值链整合、产业链拓展逐层推进,催生新业态;当制造业生产效率提高系数和服务业生产效率提升系数的乘积大于一定阈值时,“两业”由浅度融合变为中度融合,新业态随之演化,即部分转型后的制造品或服务品生产者转变为“制造+服务”生产者;在满足上述结论基础上,当交易效率大于一定门槛值时,“两业”由中度融合变为深度融合,新业态进一步演化,即部分“制造+服务”生产者转变为“制造+服务+信息”平台生态型生产者。为此,应大力培育技术链重构型、价值链整合型、产业链拓展型新业态,积极推进“两业”深度融合,不断提高信息技术发展水平,助推新业态动态演化,最大化其经济效应。In the context of the integration of advanced manufacturing industry and modern service industry,new business forms provide new momentum for manufacturing power,which is the focus of academic and industry attention.Based on the existing research,this paper deduces the correlation between"two industries"convergence and business forms evo-lution by means of convergence model,and makes a theoretical deduction of the interaction mechanism between them.In addition,combined with typical facts of"two industries"integration,using ultra-marginal analysis method,the dynamic evolution process of new business under"two industries"integration is elaborated in detail.The research results indicate that"two industries"integration improvement will promote the continuous evolution of new business forms;The technology integration,business integration and market integration of"two industries"are promoted layer by layer through technology chain reconstruction,value chain integration and industrial chain expansion,produce new business forms;When the product of productivity improvement coefficient of manufacturing indus-try and productivity improvement coefficient of service industry is greater than a certain threshold,"two industries"will change from shallow integration to moderate integration,and new business format will evolve accordingly,that is,from producers of manufactured goods or services after partial transformation to the producers of"manufacturing+service";On the basis of meeting conclusion 3,when transaction efficiency is greater than a certain threshold value,"two industries"will change from moderate integration to deep integration,and new business format will further evolve,that is,from"manufacturing+service"producers to"manufacturing+service+information"platform producers.To this end,we should vigorously cultivate new business forms of technology chain reconfiguration,value chain integration and industrial chain expansion.Promote the deep integration of the"two industries",constantly improve the development level of inf
