HIFU与重组干扰素治疗对宫颈高危型HPV感染患者不良反应及HPV转阴率的影响比较

摘　　要：目的研究分析高强度聚焦超声(high intensity focused ultrasound,HIFU)与重组人干扰素α-2b阴道泡腾片治疗对宫颈持续高危型人乳头瘤病毒(human papillomavirus,HPV)感染患者不良反应及HPV转阴率的影响。方法随机选取南京医科大学附属江宁医院2018年1月—2022年6月收治的100例宫颈高危型HPV感染患者为研究对象,按照数表法随机分为对照组和研究组,每组50例;研究组应用HIFU与重组干扰素联合治疗,对照组应用重组干扰素治疗。对比两组治疗效果、HPV转阴率、血清炎性指标、免疫功能指标及治疗期间不良反应发生率。结果研究组治疗有效率(98.00%),显著高于对照组(80.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.273,P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)上升幅度更大,CD8^(+)下降幅度更大,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组3个月HPV转阴率、6个月HPV转阴率均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗期间不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论HIFU与重组干扰素治疗对宫颈高危型HPV感染患者,效果显著,HPV转阴率提高,免疫功能改善,不良反应少,安全性高。Objective To investigate the effects of high intensity focused ultrasound(HIFU)and recombinant human interferonα-2b vaginal effervescent tablets on the adverse reactions and negative conversion rate of human papillomavirus(HPV)in patients with persistent high-risk cervical HPV infection.Methods In Jiangning Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University from January 2018 to June 2022,100 patients with high-risk cervical HPV infection were selected and divided into control group and study group according to the method of random numbers,with 50 cases in each group.The study group was treated with HIFU and recombinant interferon,and the control group was treated with recombinant interferon.The treatment effect,HPV negative conversion rate,serum inflammatory index and immune function index changes before and after treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of the study group(98.00%)was higher than that of the control group(80.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.273,P<0.05).After treatment,the increase of CD3^(+),CD4^(+)and the decrease of CD8^(+)in the study group was greater than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The 3-month HPV negative conversion rate and 6-month HPV negative conversion rate in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions during treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion HIFU and recombinant interferon therapy in high-risk cervical HPV infection patients,the effect is significant,HPV negative rate increased,immune function improved,less adverse reactions,high safety.
