桑白皮汤加减治疗老年痰热郁肺型肺炎的临床疗效研讨

摘　　要：目的探讨对老年痰热郁肺型肺炎患者采用桑白皮汤加减方完成治疗后获得临床效果。方法选取2021年2月—2022年12月沭阳县中医院收治的80例老年痰热郁肺型肺炎患者,以随机数表法分为参照组和研究组,各40例。参照组施以常规治疗,研究组施以桑白皮汤加减治疗。对比两组患者治疗效果。结果研究组总有效率(95.00%)高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.440,P<0.05)。研究组咳嗽消失时间、肺部啰音消失时间、住院时间比参照组更短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组降钙素原、白细胞及C反应蛋白水平较参照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床对老年痰热郁肺型肺炎患者采用桑白皮汤加减方法完成治疗后,对于患者疗效提升,咳嗽消失时间、肺部啰音消失时间、住院时间缩短,降钙素原水平、白细胞水平以及C反应蛋白水平的降低,可以获得确切效果。Objective To investigate the clinical effects of the treatment of elderly patients with phlegm-heat and depressed lung-type pneumonia by sangbaipi decoction plus reduction.Methods 80 elderly patients with phlegm heat depression pneumonia admitted to Shuyang County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from February 2021 to December 2022 were selected,and divided them into reference group and study group using a random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The reference group received routine treatment,while the study group received modified treatment with sangbai decoction.Compared the treatment effects between two groups of patients.Results The total effective rate of the study group(95.00%)was higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.440,P<0.05).The study group had shorter cough disappearance time,lung rale disappearance time,and hospital stay compared to the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of PCT,WBC,and CRP in the study group were lower than those in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical treatment of elderly patients with phlegm-heat and depressed lung-type pneumonia with Sangbaipi decoction plus reduction can improve the therapeutic effect of the patients,shorten the time of cough disappearance,the time of disappearance of pulmonary rales,the time of hospitalization,and reduce the levels of PCT,WBC,and CRP,which can obtain the exact effect.
