摘 要:目的探讨少白细胞红细胞悬液输注在临床输血中对输血安全性及凝血功能的影响。方法选取2020年5月—2022年7月期间深圳市前海蛇口自贸区医院收治的100例需输血治疗的患者为研究对象,按照输血先后顺序分组,各组50例,对照组采用常规方法输血(未经白细胞过滤的红细胞悬液),观察组行少白细胞红细胞悬液输注,对两组患者输血后不良反应、凝血功能、炎性指标水平进行比较。结果输血治疗后,观察组各炎性指标水平更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);输血治疗前,两组患者凝血四项指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),输血治疗后,观察组凝血酶时间(thrombin time,TT)、凝血酶原时间(prothrombin time,PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(activated partial thromboplastin time,APTT)水平更低、纤维蛋白原(fibrinogen,FIB)水平更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);输血治疗后,两组患者各免疫功能指标比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组输血不良反应发生率为2.00%,明显较对照组16.00%低,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.983,P<0.05)。结论少白细胞红细胞悬液输注在临床输血中应用价值较高,可降低机体炎性指标水平,可减轻对机体的免疫抑制,且对凝血功能无明显影响,可降低输血不良反应,提高输血安全性,值得应用。Objective To explore the effects of infusion of oligoleukocyte red blood cell suspension on transfusion safety and coagulation function in clinical transfusion.Methods 100 patients who needed blood transfusion treatment admitted to Qianhai Shekou Free Trade Zone Hospital in Shenzhen from May 2020 to July 2022 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into groups in the order of blood transfusion,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine blood transfusion(unfiltered red blood cell suspension),while the observation group received infusion of low white blood cell red blood cell suspension.The adverse reactions,coagulation function,and inflammatory index levels after transfusion were compared between the two groups.Results After blood transfusion treatment,the levels of various inflammatory indicators in the observation group were lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Before blood transfusion treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the four coagulation indicators between the two groups(P>0.05).After blood transfusion treatment,the observation group had lower levels of thrombin time(TT),prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),and higher levels of fibrinogen(FIB),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);After blood transfusion treatment,there was statistically significant difference in various immune function indicators between the two groups(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse transfusion reactions in the observation group was 2.00%,significantly lower than the control group's 16.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.983,P<0.05).Conclusion The infusion of low white blood cell and red blood cell suspension has high application value in clinical blood transfusion,can reduce the level of inflammatory indicators in the body,alleviate immune suppression on the body,and has no significant impact on coagulation function.It can reduce adverse reactions to transfusion,improve trans
