循经穴位按摩结合吴茱萸粗盐热敷对直肠癌术后胃肠功能恢复的影响

摘　　要：目的分析循经穴位按摩结合吴茱萸粗盐热敷对直肠癌术后胃肠功能恢复的影响。方法选取2021年1月—2023年5月肇庆市中医院收治的60例接受直肠癌手术的患者作为研究对象,随机数表法分为对照组和研究组,每组30例,对照组采取吴茱萸粗盐热敷进行治疗,研究组在此基础上联合循经穴位按摩治疗,比较两组恢复情况、术后腹胀及腹痛程度。结果研究组肛门首次排气时间(18.87±4.56)h、肛门首次排便时间(28.87±7.12)h、肠鸣音恢复时间(30.23±7.43)h、住院时间(14.58±3.65)d均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=5.998、4.627、3.766、2.734,P<0.05)。研究组术后腹胀及腹痛程度轻于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对直肠癌术后患者实施循经穴位按摩结合吴茱萸粗盐热敷可以促进患者胃肠道功能的恢复,减轻术后腹胀、腹痛的程度,缩短患者的住院时间。Objective To analyze the effect of meridian acupoint massage combined with Wuzhuyu coarse salt hot compress on the recovery of gastrointestinal function after rectal cancer surgery.Methods 60 patients who underwent rectal cancer surgery in Zhaoqing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into the control group and the study group by random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was treated with Wuzhuyu coarse salt hot compress,and the study group was treated with the combination of meridian acupoint massage on this basis.The recovery condition,postoperative abdominal distension and abdominal pain were compared between the two groups.Results The first anal exhaust time(18.87±4.56)hours,first anal defecation time(28.87±7.12)hours,bowel sound recovery time(30.23±7.43)hours and hospital stay time(14.58±3.65)days in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=5.998,4.627,3.766,2.734,P<0.05).The degree of postoperative abdominal distension and pain in the study group were less than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of meridian acupoint massage combined with Wuzhuyu coarse salt hot compress for postoperative rectal cancer patients can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function,reduce the degree of postoperative abdominal distension and abdominal pain,and shorten the hospitalization time of the patients.
