摘　　要：目的分析宫颈刮片对于宫颈癌疾病诊断的临床应用价值。方法选取2021年1月—2022年12月兰陵县人民医院收治的400例宫颈癌癌前病变筛查患者作为研究对象,均实施宫颈刮片、电子阴道镜及宫颈刮片+电子阴道镜诊断,对比病理结果(金标准),分析疾病类型诊断符合率。结果病理检查检出阳性患者20例,电子阴道镜准确度94.00%,灵敏度30.00%,特异度97.37%;宫颈刮片准确度93.50%,灵敏度20.00%,特异度97.37%;宫颈刮片+电子阴道镜诊断准确度100%,灵敏度100%,特异度100%。结论在宫颈癌早期的诊断和预防中,结合宫颈刮片和电子阴道镜的联合诊断方法,提升了宫颈癌病变诊断的有效性。Objective To analyze the clinical application value of cervical scrape in the diagnosis of cervical cancer.Methods From January 2021 to December 2022,400 patients with cervical precancerous lesion screening in Lanling County People's Hospital were selected as the research objects and diagnosed with cervical spatula,electronic colposcopy and cervical spatula plus electronic colposcopy.Pathological results were compared(gold standard),and the coincidence rate of diagnosis of disease types was analyzed.Results Pathological examination found 20 positive patients.The accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of electronic colposcopy were 94.00%,30.00%and 97.37%respectively.The accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of cervical spatula were 93.50%,20.00%and 97.37%.The diagnostic accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of cervical scrape+electronic colposcopy were 100%,100%and 100%respectively.Conclusion In the early diagnosis and prevention of cervical cancer,the combined diagnosis method of cervical scrape and electronic colposcope has improved the effectiveness of cervical cancer diagnosis.
