急性酒精中毒内科急诊临床表现及对患者平均意识恢复时间的影响

摘　　要：目的分析急性酒精中毒患者应用纳洛酮实践效果。方法选取2021年6月—2023年4月江苏省仪征市人民医院急诊科收治的酒精中毒患者98例作为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组49例。对照组接受常规内科急诊处理,观察组联合纳洛酮配合治疗。对比两组恢复指标和不良反应发生情况。结果观察组症状消失时间、意识恢复时间、运动功能恢复时间、总住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为4.08%,低于对照组的16.32%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.009,P=0.045)。结论急性酒精中毒患者的临床表现较为复杂,针对急性酒精中毒患者,内科急诊中引入纳洛酮用药,疗效显著、安全性高,推荐参考使用。Objective To analyze the effect of naloxone application on patients with acute alcoholism.Methods 98 pa‐tients with alcoholism admitted to the emergency department of Yizheng People's Hospital of Jiangsu Province from June 2021 to April 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 49 cases in each group.The control group received routine medical emergency treatment,and the observation group was treated with naloxone.The recovery indexes and adverse reac‐tions were compared between the two groups.Results Symptom disappearance time,consciousness recovery time,mo‐tor function recovery time and total hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.08%,which was lower than that in the control group(16.32%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.009,P=0.045).Conclusion The clinical manifestations of patients with acute alcoholism are complicated.For patients with acute alcoholism,naloxone was introduced into the internal medicine emergency,which has significant efficacy and high safety,and is recommended for reference.
