黄金微针射频联合多西环素和甲硝唑凝胶治疗丘疹脓疱型玫瑰痤疮的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探究在丘疹脓疱型玫瑰痤疮的治疗中,采用黄金微针射频联合多西环素与甲硝唑凝胶的治疗效果,分析对患者症状的影响。方法选择2021年1月—2023年8月粤北人民医院收治的180例丘疹脓疱型玫瑰痤疮患者为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为3组,分别为治疗组(60例,黄金微针射频联合多西环素和甲硝唑凝胶)、对照组1(60例,多西环素和甲硝唑凝胶)以及对照组2(60例,黄金微针射频联合甲硝唑凝胶)。对比3组患者的治疗效果,并评估其IGA评分、治疗前后症状积分(包括红斑、丘疹脓疱以及瘙痒情况)和不良反应。结果治疗后,治疗组总有效率为96.67%,明显高于对照组1(85.00%)和对照组2(80.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组的IGA评分、症状积分以及VAS疼痛度评分低于对照组1和对照组2,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论黄金微针射频联合多西环素和甲硝唑凝胶治疗丘疹脓疱型玫瑰痤疮能够显著改善病情,促进组织修复,提高皮肤外观。Objective To explore the treatment effect of gold microneedle radiofrequency combined with doxycycline and metronidazole gel,and analyze the effect on patient symptoms.Methods From January 2021 to August 2023,180 patients with papular pustular rosacea who were admitted to the North Guangdong People's Hospital were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into three groups:the treatment group(60 cases,golden microneedle radio frequency combined with doxycycline and metronidazole gel),the control group 1(60 cases,doxycycline and metronidazole gel)and the control group 2(60 cases,golden microneedle radio frequency combined with metronida‐zole gel).Compare the treatment outcomes of three groups of patients and evaluate their IGA scores,symptom scores before and after treatment(including erythema,papules,pustules,and itching)and adverse reactions.Result After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than the control 1(85.00%)and control 2(80.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The IGA score,symptom score,and VAS pain score of the treatment group were lower than those of control group 1 and control group 2,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Gold microneedle radiofrequency combined with doxycycline and metronidazole gel in the treatment of papular pustular rosacea can significantly improve the condition,promote tissue repair,and improve the skin appearance.
