肾筋膜扩张器对女性输尿管结石合并下段狭窄患者手术指标、术后疼痛及并发症的影响

摘　　要：目的研究对比肾筋膜扩张器对女性输尿管结石合并下段狭窄患者手术指标、术后疼痛及并发症的影响。方法选取2022年1月—2023年9月期间在东莞市凤岗医院收治的40例女性输尿管结石合并下段狭窄患者为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,各20例。对照组进行单植入支架管治疗,观察组采用肾筋膜扩张器治疗。比较两组的手术指标、术后疼痛感、并发症发生率及患者满意度。结果观察组的手术指标时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后疼痛感低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为5.00%,低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.329,P<0.05)。结论女性输尿管结石合并下段狭窄患者经过肾筋膜扩张器治疗,能降低自身的疼痛感,且减少并发症的发生率。Objective To study and compare the effects of renal fascia dilator on surgical indicators,postoperative pain and complications in female patients with ureteral stones combined with lower segmental stenosis.Methods A to‐tal of 40 female patients with ureteral calculi combined with lower segment stenosis admitted to Fenggang Hospital in Dongguan City from January 2022 to September 2023 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method.There were 20 cases each.The control group was treated with a single stent tube,and the observation group was treated with a renal fascia dilator.The surgi‐cal indexes,postoperative pain,complication rate and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Re⁃sults The operative index time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative pain in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was 5.00%,which was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.329,P<0.05).Conclusion Female patients with ureteral stones combined with lower segmental stenosis treated with renal fascia dilator can reduce their pain and the incidence of complications.
